
dragging a molecule should enable merging on two atoms, when close enough

done when you can:
1) clear editor
2) add a benzene molecule from template menu
3) add another benzene molecule from template menu and
4) drag it close enough to overlap two atoms (one bond)
5) release mouse and observer that napthalene results
