when template tool is selected, clicking on an atom should or fuse, depending on valence of atom clicked

1) draw propylene CC=C
2) select benzene ring from template tool
3) click each end of molecule
4) double-bond end should sprout benzene ring, that is the clicked
atom is attached to the ring, but not included in it
5) single-bond end should fuse the benzene ring, that is the
clicked atom should be included in the benzene ring
