user should be able to fuse an atom on one molecule into a ring atom in another molecule by dragging

1) draw ring by clicking cyclohexane from template menu and
clicking canvas
2) draw ethane by clicking single bond from bond menu and clicking
canvas
3) attempt to fuse ethane to ring by dragging one of its atoms over
one of the ring atoms
4) observe following error in firebug console:
previous[1] is undefined
